Loyalty club for Globe load retailers


Here’s a treat for all Globe load retailers.В  Globe Telecom will be coming out with a loyalty club for its load retailers, which it said, would be the first of its kind in the country.

This loyalty club for Globe load retailers was said to be started this summer where Globe AutoloadMax (AMAX) retailers will be given exclusive membership to the KaGlobe Retailer Club. This membership would entitle qualified retailers to freebies and discounts from top merchants nationwide.

Globe’s is to reward the AMAX retailers such as owners of sari-sari stores, groceries, canteens, bakeshops, beauty parlors and market stalls. KaGlobe Retailer Club will be recognizing outstanding sales performance of its retailers.

Ferdinand dela Cruz, consumer sales and after-sales head of Globe said, “Globe is a company that cares for the well-being not only of its subscribers but also of its business partners and traders. KaGlobe Retailer Club is our way of giving back to our loyal retailers who continue to support us in our undertakings.”

A minimum transaction volume of P5,000, in an average of three months, is needed by an AMAX retailer to be a KaGlobe Retailer Club member. They will be provided with membership card, depending on the average volume of their transaction.

These membership cards are: Bronze, for monthly transaciton of P5,000 to P9,999; Silver for P10,000 to P19,999; Gold for P20,000 to P39,999; and Diamond for P40,000 and above.

They can then avail of discounts in boat fares, food and apparel purchases, recreational activities and courier services, among a host of other benefits. KaGlobe Retailer Club members are also entitled to a free personal accident insurance and low medical consultancy fee.

Members would be getting their rewards in the form of coupon booklets and electronic coupons which will be sent to their Globe AMAX SIMs.

Some establishments that have signed up with Globe to provide incentives to AMAX retailers are: Cocolife, MedAsia Philippines, Burger King, 2GO, Negros Navigation, Air Phil Express, Flying V, Nike Stadium, Planet Sports, Nautica, New Balance, The Sports Warehouse and The Athlete’s Foot.

Globe will also be sponsoring a “Salo-Salo” events for KaGlobe Retailer Club members where they will be conducting business and product training sessions, to help members further improve their business.

A superior customer service will be provided for members through the KaGlobe Hotline 2629 (AMAX) for their inquiries and concerns.

He added that members will likewise be provided with superior customer service anytime through the dedicated KaGlobe Hotline 2629 (AMAX) where they can air their inquiries and concerns.

Registration for the KaGlobe Retailer Club will start this summer to be conducted at the Salo-Salo events, territory distributor offices and hubs, and other identified sub-distributors. Globe sales heads will also personally visit some of the retailers to inform them of the program.
